my system rejects all types of  supps, i asked docter, said my imune system disagreas wif the amount of stuff in supps.
No offense but is this a joke or what? How would your body possibly 'reject' all types of sups? How exactly does it 'reject' them?
A 'doctor' telling you that your body "disagrees' with the amount of stuff in supps is probably the biggest bullsh1t answer I have ever heard in my entire life!

How can your body reject powder form of protein and BCAA and Glutimine?? going to have to say this is BullSh1t to because my old doctor told me that the amount of protein i was eating was killing my kiddneys.... I'm 18 and eating roughly 230g protien a day. bullcrap.
If your body doesn't like "supplements" then try out Bioflex supplenments, Pure Products no junk in them at all.

For one, My immune system was at its strongest while having 4 Proflex shakes a day as well as 3 "natrual" meals.. btw what is STUFF??!?

I wouldn't mind betting that the protien powder is the cause of the upsets.

Most protien supps. contain alot of lactose which can cause allsorts of problems to some people.

MANIC, try and find a protien sup that has zero lactose. Gutamine and creatine shouldn't cause you any grief if they are pure. (which are the only other sups. that I would suggest at this point in your pursuit) Wink

hey guys, i know u prob have a million question 2 ask where iv been, so ill get 2 da point.

1 month ago i ruptured a disc in my lower back, so i was off for a month in the gym, its much stronger now though since iv been back for 3 weeks, my backs fine, but iv lost a lot of muscle mass, but it doesn't annoy me , cause ill get back, even stronger.

im now doing more stretches then what i used 2, but also doing one lesson once a month in ji jitsu , thats how busy my week is, as im a full time student in fitness.

Hi mate, good to hear you are thinking of competing!  It should give your training real focus.

INBA are a drug tested federation.

Here is there contest calendar for the year...

If your thinking to compete against National level natrual 'bodybuilders' you'll need to pack on a good 20kg by looking at your pictures. and if anyone is going to cheap  shot me and say i should have been 5-10kg bigger first time round to compete then shut it because i was only 17. anyway The level of these guys are insane in INBA, ANB etc. Think you should just lift big and eat. dont worry about comps. how old are you anyway?

Lol is this for real?? Maybe it was a witch doctor?

So does your body reject vitamin C?

Maybe vitamin D so when you go in the sun you implode like a vampire?

I think your doctor needs a new profession and you need a second opinion..

Also 5% bf?? I dont know 1 person who can maintain that in offseason or normally.

Ha HA...

I've heard some pretty weird stuff from doctors lately...

My mate was told to give up doing weights.  The doctors exact words were "Weights aren't any good - your body needs to move through space."

 Huh?

So he should book himself a flight on Virgin Galactic to get in shape???  Grin
