PLEASE NOTE:

Only those committed to their long term health & fitness should indicate an interest in training with me as I have no room for quick fixes. I will be strongly recommending at least 3 months of commitment from any of my potential clients. This will ensure that the training is properly mapped out and is effective in its approach. I Have an extensive history in both cardiovascular & strength based sports

Achievements include
2nd @ 82kg at the Mannum IPF State power lifting titles Oct 2009
3rd @ 82kg at the Mannum IPF State power lifting titles May 2009
IPF Brisbane open 2009 power lifting
2nd CAPO "deadliest deadlift" power lifting 2008
3rd lightweight WNBF body building 2008

=6 2007 SA INBA
I have also ridden & raced Down hill mountain bikes & BMX's since I was a kid & I love to surf when time permits

Qualifications include
- Cert III in Fitness management
- Registered Fitness Australia professional
- St johns advance first aid with CPR


I attempt to understand what the requirements are for your chosen sport & tailor a S&C Program that will remove weak links from your game.

I transfer principles of conditioning over from some of the BEST training facilities IN THE WORLD.
