Talk about a close show - after prejudging there was only 3 points separating the top 4 positions!!

Scorecard had Phil ahead after pre-judging - not sure how Kai made up so much ground in the night show as they weren't even judging the posing round.

Kai really did turn up in shape!
Branch looked dry as a bone & extremely shredded!!
Phi brought his A-game to the show obviously too!!!
Tho i'm not realyly into bodybilding, branch would have to be one of my modern 'bodybuiders', altho he's a mass monster, he's hard working, looks diesel & has worked bloody hard!

I don't agree with these results at all although wasn't there but I saw it.... 1st- Phil 2nd- Dexter 3rd- Branch or Kai 4th- "" Most muscular- Kai Greene Best Poser- Melvin Anthony (don't know why Kai won this? he hardly hits any poses and does a hand stand up against a prop and walks around on his toes and does random one arm turning bicep shots?) Can't see how Kai Greene won considering he looked softer at the night show and he was behind the pre-judging and was the most un-conditioned in the top 4. Kai will always look hard because in offseason he has cross striations in his legs so gives the illusion that whens hes a bit off he still looks on. Pumped to see if Dex can take Kai out next week  |

Ah well lets hope they don't mess it up this much at the Mr.O

Kai was off!? You have to be joking! To me Branch looked like he has lost size since the O. On the other hand Kai has re gained the muscle + a bit more and was about 90% condition at the pre-judge. Phil looked great at the pre-judge faded a bit at the night show where as Kai got harder. most of the pre-judging is probably done before the guys & girls walk onto the stage due to politics |

Totally agree mate! Phil was ripped to the bone and bigger - Kai said he was 15lbs heavier but did not look any different in size but was def holding water - he was no way as conditioned as last yrs Arnold - I am not sure how he can say he is 15lbs heavier, come in looking no bigger but watery as and still win.
To be honest I think Kai looked watery and smooth (as Xav said) - his legs still looked good but his upper body was watery.
I really like Kai as a bodybuilder - but he wasn't better than Phil simple as that.
