Ha ha... good point.

It's not really meant to help with muscle mass, just sleep.  Having a 1yo who doesn't sleep through the night is starting to take it's toll.

I've heard good things about this:

http://www.scivation.com/products/knockout.htm

The owner of Scivation sleeps 3 hours per night, trains about 3 hours per day.  Swears by this stuff, obviously because it's his own product.

I've been meaning to try it though!

I use a Product called "Restful Sleep" by nutrivital. You can get it at woolies in the vitamin section and its not too expensive.

I do alot of shift work and I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep at times (esspecially through the day). It seems to work well and won't leave you drowzy.

It makes me have the weirdest dreams though  Cheesy

Hi mate will look into it, but do you find that it actually improves sleep quality though?  I find a strong correlation myself between crazy dreams and restless, unsatisfying sleep.

The sleep I get is very deep and revitalizing. I could sleep through a nuclear war when I've taken this.

A cup of warm milk and 1 (or2) of these and im down for the count.
