never herd of it. Snake oil? Ha ha... good point. It's not really meant to help with muscle mass, just sleep. Having a 1yo who doesn't sleep through the night is starting to take it's toll.

I've heard good things about this: http://www.scivation.com/products/knockout.htmThe owner of Scivation sleeps 3 hours per night, trains about 3 hours per day. Swears by this stuff, obviously because it's his own product. I've been meaning to try it though!

I use a Product called "Restful Sleep" by nutrivital. You can get it at woolies in the vitamin section and its not too expensive. I do alot of shift work and I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep at times (esspecially through the day). It seems to work well and won't leave you drowzy. It makes me have the weirdest dreams though

I find a strong correlation myself between crazy dreams and restless, unsatisfying sleep.

The sleep I get is very deep and revitalizing. I could sleep through a nuclear war when I've taken this.
A cup of warm milk and 1 (or2) of these and im down for the count.
