i have just ordered some proflex and some creaflex.i also have redbak powder.my goal is to get stronger and bulk up.so far my supps(redbak) routine is 2 scoops 500ml milk in the morning and same before bed.what do you guys think will be the best way to utilise these 3 products on both training and non training days.

When you say redback powder which protein powder is that?

Depends on your diet but good time to use your protein is post workout, before bed and between solid meals during the day. Can be used with breakfast also for convenience.

The creaflex can be used with or without a loading phase. I personally recommend a loading phase from what I've read although there are studies to back up both sides of the argument.  There's an artcile on my site regarding whether to load or not.

I have decided to double my creatine for 5 days.i usually have approx 10 g at night in about 500mls of water.so that will now be 10 g in the morning with 500mls of water.i will then stick with the 10g per day.actually i might also lower to water intake to 250 mls with the creatine.What do you reckon.im also not going to cycle,im just going to continue having 10 g per day while im continuing to train.

ive also just checked out some different websites just to check some trib info out and compare.(not sure why really i doesnt help me).anyway,the trib i have says the following ; Concentrated herbal extract equivalent to dry tribulus(tribulus terrestris)fruit..............20g (20 000) standardised toFurostanol saponins calculated as Protodioscin...160 mg.
so i'm comparing this info to  TRIBULUS TERRITRAS 120 capsule by 615 mg.
so ive done this to try and not ask so many questions and try n work somethings out for myself.wtf does this mean.Actually what is the better trib product for somebody wanting to gain size and strength.

If your going to load up on 20gms a day for 5 days there's no need to take anymore than 5gms a day thereafter.You'll be just peeing most of it away, which will only put unnecessary stress on your liver and kidney's. Which brings to the next point.

Using this approach I wouldn't take It any longer than 6 weeks at a time. 6 on 2 off. Using it for lengthy periods of time supposedly shuts down endogenous production in the liver. So when you finally do stop taking it your body will take a while to get it back up to a good level again naturally.

On the topic of water, you must increase your intake of water while taking creatine. You run a greater risk of muscular injury and cramp while on creatine. And it will keep your liver and kidney's flushed. 3-4ltr a day min.

Is there any chance you could give us a link to each of these products just because I'm not sure on the concentrate or which product the Tribulus 120caps 615mg is?

As manovsteele said there probably not too much point taking 10g a day for the whole 6 week cycle as studies suggest once your muscle are saturated 5g or less is all you need to keep your muscle saturated.

ok thanks mos and xav,i will do the 20g for 5 and then 5 g per day for 6 weeks.i then might just start a new cycle without the loading and just have 10g per day and see if i can notice which way works best for me.
