I have decided to double my creatine for 5 days.i usually have approx 10 g at night in about 500mls of water.so that will now be 10 g in the morning with 500mls of water.i will then stick with the 10g per day.actually i might also lower to water intake to 250 mls with the creatine.What do you reckon.im also not going to cycle,im just going to continue having 10 g per day while im continuing to train.
If your going to load up on 20gms a day for 5 days there's no need to take anymore than 5gms a day thereafter.You'll be just peeing most of it away, which will only put unnecessary stress on your liver and kidney's. Which brings to the next point.
Using this approach I wouldn't take It any longer than 6 weeks at a time. 6 on 2 off. Using it for lengthy periods of time supposedly shuts down endogenous production in the liver. So when you finally do stop taking it your body will take a while to get it back up to a good level again naturally.
On the topic of water, you must increase your intake of water while taking creatine. You run a greater risk of muscular injury and cramp while on creatine. And it will keep your liver and kidney's flushed. 3-4ltr a day min.
