I've been doing a bit of reading around lately; what are your thoughts on Vitamin D?

I work inside so I don't get a great deal of sun, especially in winter when the weathers always pretty miserable. Vitamin D seems to be pretty important sort of gear, and although I'm sure most decent multivitamins contain SOME vitamin D, is it worth supplementing do you think?

You can always get your levels tested by your doctor - my wife did and hers were low. I've read some interesting articles about vitamin D deficiencies and what it causes so it's worthwhile looking into.

Yeah I take a mulivitimin as well as a D/calcium capsule daily. If you don't get exposed to much sunlight in winter I think it is a worthwhile supp. Also if your diet is lacking in dairy products calcium would also be benificial
